Quick + Easy Thai Chicken Curry

Thai Curry Chicken with Jasmine rice, and sauteed cabbage 😍 πŸ™ŒπŸΌ

πŸ’› Cabbage & Sweet Peppers Slaw: Chop 4 oz sweet peppers & 1/2lb cabbage. Then mix in olive oil, salt, pepper.
πŸ’› Jasmine rice: 1/2c Jasmine Rice & 1c Lite Coconut Milk. Bring to a boil and then lower heat, cover, and let continue to cook.Just like making traditional rice, but replace water with Lite Coconut Milk.
πŸ’› Thai Curry Chicken: 1tbs Yellow Curry Paste & 1/2 tsp of Lite Coconut Milk. Mix together and coat chicken evenly.
πŸ’› Throw everything on a sheet pan and bake at 450Β° for 18-20 minutes.
