Pregnancy Books
There are copious options when it comes to pregnancy books. Honestly, it can be a tad overwhelming at first. Which ones are necessary? Does this share the same natural practices as me? Well I’m here to help you not overspend on b.s. pregnancy books. The list I will be sharing is my top 3 pregnancy books. This doesn’t mean that there aren’t other good ones out there, this list is just a few of my favorite ones.

Drinking For Two: Nutritious Mocktails For The Mom-To-Be
Giving up booze may be harder for some moms-to-be, if that’s you, try this book! Giving up booze wasn’t difficult, but the fat that I was pregnant over New Years Eve and we were still trying to keep it a secret was! So this book gave me some ideas for drinks that looked like cocktails, but in fact were nutritious for me and the baby!
The Pregnancy Encyclopedia
Well, the title sort of speaks for itself… The Pregnancy Encyclopedia. Looking for a reference book, look no further!
The Natural Mama
I couldn’t imagine going through my first pregnancy without this book! It was my week-by-week go to. She explained everything from how you should feel, what’s new with the baby, when to start choosing a hospital/birthing center, what to go over with your doctor each appointment, and numerous other recommendations. If I had only one book I could purchase, it would be this one!
If you aren’t looking for a natural pregnancy/birth it’s okay, it is written with natural options and everyone in mind!
